On the day of giving your sample, bring a valid photo ID to verify your identity, for example, a license, state ID, or passport.
Go to the collection truck location during the posted hours. No need to schedule this visit in advance – just show up during the designated times.
Once at the truck, you will be directed to a private, clean, and locked space to give your urine sample. This ensures your privacy and comfort. In-and-out in minutes
