Tailored Care Assessment
Our personalized care assessments typically last about 1.5 hours, so we can explain how our substance abuse recovery program works and find the most appropriate level of care for you. Often, setting up your telehealth care assessment can be done on the very same day.
Medication Management Treatment
During this comprehensive 60-minute appointment, you and your personal provider will create an individualized medication treatment plan tailored to your needs. Your same day prescription will be sent to your local Wisconsin pharmacy.
Begin Support with Telehealth Therapy and Groups
We offer individual, family, and group telehealth therapy for residents of Wisconsin. For the first month you’ll attend weekly addiction recovery counseling sessions with one of our trained, specialized therapists. After that, you and your telehealth therapist can decide the frequency of your ongoing counseling.
Mobile Urine Testing Across Wisconsin
Patients receiving controlled medications or addiction treatment are required to provide a urine sample at one of our collection truck sites before your next provider appointment. For your convenience, our trucks visit over 18 communities throughout Wisconsin on different days and times, but we serve the greater Wisconsin state. If you live near our drug testing sites, no appointment is necessary—just stop by one of our locations during scheduled collection times. The process only takes 5 minutes, and all you need to bring is a valid photo ID.
