Our 5-step process is designed to be accessible, private, and compassionate — built for Wisconsin residents wherever you live.
Enroll Online or Contact Us
Click our 'Get Started' button or contact us by text, email, or phone to enroll. Our friendly intake team will guide you through enrollment and answer any questions about insurance, services, or what to expect.
Program Orientation & Care Assessment
After enrollment, we will schedule you for a Program Orientation, and then a Care Assessment with one of our expert clinicians. The orientation generally lasts about 20 minutes and the Care Assessment, about an hour. During this time, we can show you how our program works and match your specific needs to our most appropriate services. We will try to schedule your assessment as soon as possible, often by the next business day.
Medication Management Treatment
During this comprehensive 60-minute appointment, you and your advanced-level provider will create an individualized medication treatment plan, tailored to your needs. Your same-day prescription will be sent to your local Wisconsin pharmacy.
Begin Support with Telehealth Therapy & Groups
We offer individual, family, and group telehealth therapy for Wisconsin residents. For the first month, you'll attend weekly hour-long counseling sessions with one of our expert therapists. After that, your therapist and you can adjust the frequency of your ongoing counseling, based on your needs.
Virtual Substance Testing (When Needed)
Mail-in test kits are completed privately from your own home — no clinic visit required. Our mobile collection system makes compliance monitoring easy and convenient, so you can focus on what matters: your recovery.
