Empower Recovery is dedicated to helping clients fulfill the requirements of their Driver Safety Plan by offering accessible, effective, and affordable care. We also work closely with your county’s assessment to develop a treatment plan tailored to your needs, helping you meet all program requirements efficiently and successfully

Driver Safety Plan Services

The Driver Safety Plan may include one or more of the following requirements:

Traffic Safety Program
A group program that explores substance use habits and discusses strategies to avoid impaired driving.

Comprehensive Substance Use Treatment
Individualized treatment options, which may include outpatient therapy or more intensive services as needed.

Intoxicated Driving Victim Impact Panel
A session designed to educate participants on the consequences of impaired driving from the perspective of those affected.

Psychiatric Evaluation
An assessment to address any co-occurring mental health needs
