Program Orientation & Care Assessment
After enrollment, we will schedule you for a Program Orientation, and then a Care Assessment with one of our expert clinicians. The orientation generally lasts about 20 minutes and the Care Assessment, about an hour. During this time, we can show you how our program works and match your specific needs to our most appropriate services. We will try to schedule your assessment as soon as possible, often by the next business day.
Medication Management Treatment
During this comprehensive 60-minute appointment, you and your advanced-level provider will create an individualized medication treatment plan, tailored to your needs. Your same day prescription will be sent to your local Wisconsin pharmacy.
Begin Support with Telehealth Therapy and Groups
We offer individual, family, and group telehealth therapy for Wisconsin residents. For the first month, you’ll attend weekly hour-long counseling sessions with one of our expert therapists. After that, your therapist and you can adjust the frequency of your ongoing counseling, based on your needs.
Mobile Urine Testing Across Wisconsin
Patients receiving addiction treatment are required to provide a urine sample at one of our collection truck sites before each of their prescriber appointments. For your convenience, our trucks visit over 18 communities throughout Wisconsin on different days and times. No appointment is necessary – just stop by one of our locations during scheduled collection times. The process only takes 5 minutes, and all you need to bring is a valid photo ID.
