How to Provide a Urine Sample for Testing

On the day of your urine drug test collection, bring a valid photo ID, such as a driver’s license, passport, or other government issued picture ID.
Once you’ve arrived at the collection site, providing your urine sample is easy, private, and only takes a few minutes.

We designed our collection process to be as simple and convenient as possible. At Empower Recovery, we want everyone in Wisconsin to have access to comprehensive addiction treatment, so we’ve created a system to accommodate patients in even some of the most rural and underserved areas of the state.
