What People Are Saying
About Empower Recovery
EXCELLENTBased on 4 reviewsKS P2024-07-29Dr Hoffnung is a phenomenal Doctor with wonderful and competent staff. I have yet to have a bad experience. I continue to be impressed by the staffs genuine care and concern for my wellbeing. Truly impressive.Jessie Long2024-07-22I've been treated by Dr Hoffnung since 2021 and I will admit I was very worried when he told me I would be going to empower recovery. I was happy my insurance would cover the treatment but how caring he is can't be topped. I called Pamela to set up my appointment and she set me up with Dr Jamie Kremer. I've been seeing her for a few months now and I can say I am very happy. Jamie is very easy to talk to, and she is just as caring as Dr Hoffnung. She really listens and she is very understanding. If you're struggling with addiction or know someone who is I highly recommend empower recovery. No judgement here just treatment, they take insurance, and they find the right treatment for you because they listen. Empower recovery is new but Dr Hoffnung has been treating patients for years and he is hard at work making sure everything runs smoothly. He is addressing any issues that come up and I can still text him anytime with any questions or concerns that I have and he still responds quickly. Don't settle for any other addiction treatment facilities that judge you, put labels on you, and have a one size fits all concept for treating addiction. Give Empower recovery a try, you will be very happy you did. If you've never been treated for your addiction, don't wait anymore, don't suffer help is out there and the doctors at Empower really do care and they can help.Kathleen Dahmen2024-06-13I am amazed that everyone treats me so nice I've had so many problems getting connected with my phone for my appointments Tamara has been wonderful I also need to say how well I was treated in the very beginning when there was no insurance and the owner talk to me on the phone for a few weeks while I was getting ready to go on Suboxone and he had no problem getting me on Suboxone after I went to the hospital the hospital put me on Suboxone I was going through withdrawals so bad and then the owner kept me on Suboxone now I have a fantastic nurse practitioner Jamie taking care of me I'm sure once I get suited with a counselor the counselor should be fine too but in the recent months I got mostly with Jamie and Tamera and they both been absolutely wonderful I'm really happy I've been off of opiates after being on them 26 years Non-Stop. Thank you for being much more than I could have asked for.Natalie Vance2024-04-24I am absolutely amazed at how incredible everyone is at Empower Recovery. I have been with Dr. Hoffnung since he had his practice at the Reintergrate office and have transitioned to the virtual setup with Empower, now using my insurance instead of cash pay. Finding a great addiction treatment specific doctor that accepts insurance is incredibly rare; especially one that is as ethical, compassionate and genuinely caring as Dr. Hoffnung. The team he has put together is fantastic. Sarah Villanueva is my counselor and she is truly just the sweetest person. She is thorough, encouraging and tough on me when I need it. I enjoy our appointments and look forward to seeing her with her positive attitude and wonderful smile every time. She includes me in decisions about my care and values my opinions. She believes that as individuals, we know our own bodies and what we need when we get through the fog of our addictions. She does a great job at differentiating between the “noise” and real feelings and needs; which is awesome because sometimes my anxiety can make things unclear or is simply just my own head getting in the way of my recovery. Timara is one of the sweetest and easiest people to talk to. She has done a fabulous job at keeping me informed of appointments and coordinating my care. I’m very excited to meet my therapist tomorrow and also the urine screening technician. Everyone tries so hard to work around my schedule and needs. This is truly a one-stop shop for addiction recovery care. To find something like this that is also run by a doctor and team that lives by and demonstrates ethics and compassion is incredible. I’ve never seen something like this offered for people in and attempting recovery. Especially done so professionally and without the shame a lot of us run into. I am so impressed with how this setup has transitioned from an idea to reality. This is the model other providers should be looking at! Not only has Empower Recovery put together a team of rock stars, they’re also providing addiction/recovery care to some of the most underserved places in the state with their virtual model and traveling urine-screen RV. You and your care are put first and most importantly, it’s done with the decency and respect that so many other clinics and providers lack. I am so proud of Dr. Hoffnung and his team for providing this much needed service and doing it with integrity. It’s very refreshing to be treated like a “normal” person with a real healthcare issue rather than judged by the preconceived notions of the stereotypical person suffering from substance abuse disorder. We come in all shapes, sizes, genders, races, socioeconomic classes and backgrounds; there’s no cookie-cutter approach to my care… It’s tailored to me. I love that. Empower is the pioneer in substance abuse disorder treatment, with an all-in-one approach to recovery with dignity, convenience and support. I’m honored to be a patient here.
